OPENING OF THE SELECTION PROCESS FOR THE MASTER'S COURSE AND FOR THE
DOCTORAL COURSE IN PSYCHOLOGY

GENERAL INFORMATION
The Pro-Rectorate for Research and Graduate Studies and the Coordination of the
Stricto Sensu Graduate Program in Psychology at the Federal University of Alagoas –
UFAL hereby make public, through this Notice, the opening of the application, selection,
and enrollment process for candidates to their Master's and Doctoral Courses in
Psychology, for the first semester of 2027, with maximum completion periods of twentyfour (24) months for the Master's degree, and forty-eight (48) months for the Doctoral
degree, observing the aspects named below. This Notice is valid for the period between
its publication and the end of enrollments in the Program.
The Master's and Doctoral Courses of the Graduate Program in Psychology – PPGP/UFAL
are structured into two Research Lines:

1. THE SELECTION PROCESS
1. The Selection Process for the Master's level and for the Doctoral level covered
by this Notice provides for the admission of students for the 2027.1 academic
period, aiming to identify candidates who correspond to the academic proposal
of the Program and to the profile of its Research Lines, in accordance with the
totality and distribution of the offer of vacancies by the [Research Lines].
2. It is not permitted for a student to pursue two graduate degrees of the same
level simultaneously at UFAL. If a candidate is approved and classified and is
currently enrolled in a graduate degree of the same level, they will not be able
to complete [the enrollment].
3. A central committee, appointed by the Coordination of PPGP/UFAL and the
faculty members of the respective Research Lines, will coordinate the Selection

Process through the stages of Analysis of the Written Research Pre-Project in
Portuguese, the candidate's presentation and oral examination, and Analysis of
the [Curriculum].
4. The Selection Process for the Master's and Doctoral degrees includes the
following stages:
•

1st stage – Analysis and Homologation of applications (eliminatory);

•

2nd stage – Analysis of the Written Research Pre-Project (eliminatory
and classificatory);

•

3rd stage – Presentation and Oral Examination of the candidate
(eliminatory and classificatory);

•

4th stage – Analysis of the Curriculum [Lattes].

5. The admission of the candidate approved for the Master's Course or the Doctoral
Course will respect the final classification order and the offer of vacancies by
research line (ANNEX A), following the enrollment calendar of the [Program].

2. OF THE VACANCIES
1. The following vacancies will be offered:
•

Line 1 – Master's – 22 (twenty-two) vacancies

•

Line 2 – Master's – 16 (sixteen) vacancies

•

Line 1 – Doctoral – 14 (fourteen) vacancies

•

Line 2 – Doctoral – 12 (twelve) vacancies

2. In total, there are 38 (thirty-eight) vacancies linked to the two Research Lines of
PPGP/UFAL for the Master's Course, and 26 (twenty-six) vacancies will be
offered, linked to the two Research Lines for the Doctoral Course.
3. There is no obligation to fill all the vacancies offered in this Notice.
4. The vacancies will be distributed as follows:
4.1 Master's: 14 (fourteen) vacancies for open competition and 24 (twenty-four)
vacancies for the Quota System and/or servers of the [University]:
•

20% of the vacancies (8) for Black candidates (Black and Brown/Pardo);

•

10% of the vacancies (4) for Indigenous candidates;

•

10% of the vacancies (4) for Trans People (Transgender, Transsexual and
Travesti), refugees, and settled persons (assentados);

10% of the vacancies (4) for candidates with disabilities (RESOLUTION No.

•

82/2022-CONSUNI/UFAL, of September 6, 2022);
10% of the vacancies (4) in total for UFAL servers.

•

4.2 Doctoral: 09 (nine) vacancies for open competition and 17 (seventeen)
vacancies for the Quota System and/or UFAL servers:
•

20% of the vacancies (5) for Black candidates (Black and Brown/Pardo);

•

10% of the vacancies (3) for Indigenous candidates;

•

10% of the vacancies (3) for Trans People (Transgender, Transsexual and
Travesti), refugees, and settled persons (assentados);
10% of the vacancies (3) for candidates with disabilities (RESOLUTION No.

•

82/2022-CONSUNI/UFAL, of September 6, 2022);
10% of the vacancies (3) in total for UFAL servers.

•

5. If there are not enough approved Black, Indigenous, persons with disabilities,
trans people, refugees, settled persons and/or UFAL servers to occupy the
reserved vacancies, these will be reverted to open competition, being occupied
by the other approved candidates, according to the classification order in the
Selection Process governed by this Notice and in accordance with the vacancies
[available].
6. All those competing for the general vacancies and for the quota vacancies
offered by the Program are required to complete all stages of the selection
process.
7. The distribution of advisors will be carried out after the publication of the final
result.

3. OF THE CALENDAR
1. The Selection Process for admission in the year 2027 will follow the calendar
indicated in this notice (ANNEX B), considering local time, and the results will be
exclusively published on the PPGP page – Institute of Psychology/UFAL website:

4. OF THE APPLICATIONS
1. Application in the Selection Process implies knowledge and tacit acceptance of
the conditions established in the full text of this Notice and its Annexes. The
candidate formally declares that they agree, at the time of application, with
adherence and commitment to observe articles 297-299 of the Brazilian Penal
Code and that they are in accordance with the norms of this [Notice].

2. The application of a candidate who uses identification data of third parties to
carry out their [application] will be canceled.
3. Graduates holding a higher education diploma issued by official institutions
recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), as well as students in the final
semester of courses at official institutions recognized by the MEC, may apply for
the selection at the Master's level, provided they complete their undergraduate
degree before enrollment in the graduate course offered herein, upon
presentation of a Diploma or Certificate of Completion at the time of enrollment
in the [course].
4. Graduates holding a higher education diploma and a Master's degree issued by
official institutions recognized by the MEC, as well as students in the final
semester of Master's courses at official institutions recognized by the MEC, may
apply for the selection at the Doctoral level, provided they complete the Master's
degree before enrollment in the graduate course offered herein, upon
presentation of a Diploma or Certificate of Completion at the time of enrollment
in the [course].
5. International students interested in applying must meet specific established
criteria. Admission is only permitted for those linked to agreements previously
signed with Brazilian agencies or who are granted study scholarships by their
countries of origin. The observance of these conditions is essential for the
application process and aims to ensure alignment with institutional guidelines
and current international cooperation agreements. At the time of application,
they must present a Passport, RNE (National Registry of Foreigners) or similar
document; and other documents required in this notice, according to the [level].
6. Applications will be carried out exclusively via the Internet, through the
electronic

Sole Paragraph: Candidates must apply by Research Line, indicating, at the time
of application, the chosen line and the intended advisor. All requested
documents must be digitized, saved in PDF and electronically attached at the
virtual address indicated in the main text of this article. Instructions manual for
the [application] is provided in ANNEX L.
7. To apply, the candidate must fill out the Application Form and the Application
Questionnaire accessed on the electronic page of the Integrated System for

Management

indicated in ANNEX [L].

5. OF THE DOCUMENTATION
1. At the time of application (ANNEX L), candidates must attach the documents
listed below in the Integrated System for Management of Academic Activities
(SIGAA – UFAL):

B. Identity card front and back (RG or CNH) for Brazilians or, in the case of
foreigners, passport, RNE or similar document, according to SIGAA;
C. Digital copy of the CPF (if the CPF is not on the RG);
D. Candidates in the category of UFAL servers must attach a document proving
the employment relationship with the institution and the Self-Declaration Form
for competition of the vacancies destined for this category (ANNEX J);
E. Candidates for the quota system, in the Black category (Black or
Brown/Pardo), must attach the Self-Declaration Form for competition of the
quota vacancies (ANNEX D) or (ANNEX E – Quilombola). Black candidates are
considered those who self-declare as Black or Brown/Pardo at the time of
application in the Selection Process, according to the color or race question used
by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), and who have the
veracity of the self-declaration confirmed by the Hetero-identification
Committee designated by the Pro-Rectorate for Graduate Studies and Research
(PROPEP/UFAL) for this purpose. Black candidates whose self-declaration is
denied by the Hetero-identification Board will, if they have sufficient grade,
compete in the open competition. However, they will be eliminated from the
selection process if they apply as a quota candidate and refuse to present any
documentation requested by the Hetero-identification Board. Complementary
guidelines and the result will be published during the selection process on the
PPGP page - Institute of Psychology/UFAL website:
F. Candidates for the quota system in the Indigenous category must attach the
Self-Declaration Form for competition of the quota vacancies (ANNEX F) and
must present one of the following documents: a) declaration of belonging issued
by Indigenous leadership; or b) document issued by the National Indian

Foundation (FUNAI). Indigenous candidates whose self-declaration is denied by
the Selection Committee will, if they have sufficient grade, compete in the open
competition. Complementary guidelines and the result will be published during
the selection process on the PPGP page in Psychology – Institute of
Psychology/UFAL

G. Candidates for quota vacancies for persons with disabilities must attach to the
Questionnaire the Self-Declaration Form for competition of the quota vacancies
and the medical report (ANNEX G) and the Form for Biopsychosocial Assessment
(ANNEX H). Furthermore, they must request in the Questionnaire, if necessary,
assistance and/or support to ensure full accessibility to the selection process and
the completion of the course;
H. Candidates for quota system vacancies for Trans people (transgender, travesti
and transsexual) must attach to the Questionnaire the Self-Declaration Form of
Trans person (ANNEX I);
I. Candidates for quota system vacancies for refugees must attach to the
Questionnaire a document issued by the National Committee for Refugees
(CONARE), duly recognized by the Brazilian government;
J. Candidates for quota system vacancies for settled persons (assentados) must
attach to the Questionnaire a document proving that they are an inhabitant of
an agrarian reform settlement and in a set of agricultural units, installed by the
National Institute for Colonization and Agrarian Reform (INCRA) on a rural
property;
K. For Master's applicants, the Research Pre-Project, in Portuguese, must contain
a maximum of 10 pages, including all items described below, in Times New
Roman font, size 12, line spacing 1.5, justified paragraph and according to ABNT
norms. Identification of the candidate's name is prohibited in any part of the PreProject. Communication will be carried out through the candidate's application
number;
L. For Doctoral applicants, the Research Pre-Project, in Portuguese, must contain
a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 20 pages, including all items described
below, in Times New Roman font, size 12, line spacing 1.5, justified paragraph
and according to ABNT norms. Identification of the candidate's name is
prohibited in any part of the Pre-Project. Communication will be carried out
through the candidate's application number;

M. The candidate is responsible for the integrity of the information presented in
the

[application];

N. For both Master's and Doctoral applicants, the Pre-Project must present the
following structure:
•

a) Cover containing: Title of the Research Pre-Project; Research Line to
which the Pre-Project intends to be linked; and Name of the intended
advisor;

•

b) Justification for the choice of research line, relating the Research PreProject to the academic work developed by the intended advisor;

•

c) Abstract;

•

d) Introduction: delimitation of the theme and research problem;

•

e) Literature review;

•

f) Theoretical framework;

•

g) Justification: academic and social relevance of the Pre-Project;

•

h) General and specific objectives;

•

i) Methodology: approach and methodological strategies;

•

j) Schedule of activities;

•

k) [References].

O. For the Master's Course, attach to the Questionnaire, in a single file,
containing front and back of the Diploma or the Certificate of Completion of the
Undergraduate Course, according to the intended level, issued by the institution
where the degree was obtained, or Declaration that the candidate is a probable
graduating student of the course, issued by a higher education institution,
provided that the completion of said undergraduate degree occurs before the
period for enrollment in the graduate course offered herein. The official
transcript issued by the institution with the status of Formando (graduating),
Formado (graduated) or Concluído (completed) may be sent. The documentary
proof must be signed;
P. For the Doctoral Course, attach to the Questionnaire, in a single file,
containing front and back of the Diploma or the Certificate of Completion of the
Undergraduate Course and Diploma and Certificate of the Master's Course,
according to the intended level, issued by the institution where the degree was

obtained, or Declaration that the candidate is a probable graduating student of
the course, issued by a higher education institution, provided that the
completion of said Master's degree occurs before the period for enrollment in
the graduate course offered herein. The documentary proof must be signed;
Q. Attach to the Questionnaire in a single file, the completed Scoring Table
(Annex M) and the Lattes Curriculum (available on the electronic page
http://lattes.cnpq.br/),

format;

R. The QLattes must be duly documented, with a copy of each of the titles and
activities, organized in the sequence of the Scoring Table. Exclusively the
documentary evidence of the last 05 (five) years (2021 to 2026) referring to the
"Criteria for curriculum scoring," informed in ANNEX M of this [Notice], must be
sent.
2. Other curriculum models will not be accepted. Only the documentation of the
items that can be scored in the Scoring Table available in this Notice will be
considered. Do not include other [items].
3. Failure to fill out the Scoring Table will result in the elimination of the candidate;
4. Applications will not be accepted, nor will documents be received by any means
other than those indicated in this [Notice];
5. An application request that is not in accordance with the strict terms of the items
of this [Notice] will not be accepted;
6. Omission in providing mandatory information or documents by the candidate
will result in the immediate denial of their application [request];
7. The inclusion of any document after the closing of the application period will not
be accepted;
8. PPGP is not responsible for the non-receipt of an application request via the
internet due to technical reasons of the computers, communication failures,
communication line congestion, as well as other factors of a technical nature that
make the transfer [impossible].

6. OF THE SELECTION PROCESS AND EVALUATION OF CANDIDATES
1. Information regarding the vacancies available by Research Lines, Research PreProject, oral defense of the Pre-Project, distribution of the score in the

evaluation of the Lattes Curriculum is available in an Annex to this Notice
(ANNEXES A and [M]);
2. To obtain approval, candidates competing for the general vacancies must obtain
a grade of 7.0 (seven) in the eliminatory stages of the selection process,
considering the weights for each stage (ANNEX C). In the case of candidates
opting for the quota system vacancies and UFAL servers, the grade will be 6.00
(six), according to ANNEX [C];
3. The evaluation process of the Research Pre-Project will be carried out by each
research line of the [Program];
4. The sessions of evaluation and oral defense of the Research Pre-Project will be
carried out by the professors of the research lines of PPGP/UFAL and will occur
online on a video call or conference platform (via link) to be disclosed to the
candidates via their e-mail, according to the calendar in ANNEX B. The
maintenance of the video open during the entire evaluation and defense session
is mandatory. There will be no screen sharing with the board for any
presentation of document or slides, under penalty of elimination in this [stage];
5. The sessions of Evaluation and Oral Defense of the Pre-Project will be carried out
online on a video call or conference platform used for the session and recorded
in audio.
Sole Paragraph. In the event of malfunctioning of the network or the platform
used for the evaluation, an occurrence beyond the reach of the Subcommittee
responsible for the session, another day and time will be agreed upon with the
candidate for the evaluation to take place. In this case, upon resumption of the
session, the candidate will have the time remaining to them from the
[presentation];
6. Regarding the tests and acts subject to audio recording, the storage in an
appropriate location of the media of the recorded tests and acts by the
Subcommittee [is guaranteed];
7. For the curriculum analysis, the scoring table indicated in ANNEX M of this
[Notice] will be used;
8. Candidates will be selected up to the number of vacancies provided for in this
Notice. The vacancies will be filled in descending order of average score obtained

by the candidate, respecting the limitation of vacancies per Research Line in each
[Course];
9. A candidate may be approved, but not selected, observing the descending order
of classification and the number of vacancies per Research Line in each Course
(ANNEX [A]);
10. In case of a tie in grades, the criterion of the score of the titles examination will
be used to break the tie among the [candidates];
11. In case of remaining vacancies, the transfer of approved candidates may occur,
including to another Research Line of the Program, provided that they adapt and
are accepted by the [advisor];
12. If there are not enough approved candidates to fill the offered vacancies, the
vacancies may remain unfilled at the end of the Selection [Process].

7. OF THE FINAL RESULT AND APPEALS
1. The FINAL RESULTS will be disclosed according to the calendar contained in this
notice and its annexes, exclusively by PROPEP/UFAL and the Program
Coordination on their electronic pages;
2. The candidate, or their legal representative, may appeal the result of each stage.
For the appeal, the candidate will have a period of up to 48 (forty-eight) hours,
counted from the time of publication of the result of the said stage, according to
the following procedure:
2.1. All appeals must be registered via SIGAA: access http://sigaa.sig.ufal.br, click
on Stricto Sensu Graduate Studies, select the option "candidate area" – select
the selection process to which they wish to file an appeal and register the
request in the area destined for the appeals of the selection process. In the
appeal, it is suggested to indicate precisely which item they consider to be
correct, as well as any evidence of their allegations based on scientific literature.
Strictly observe the deadlines established in ANNEX B – Selection Process
Calendar. Appeals by other means will not be accepted;
2.2. Send notice of appeal registration to the Selection Committee by e-mail
coordenacao.ppgpsi@ip.ufal.br. E-mail subject: "APPEAL REGISTRATION NOTICE
05-2026". The body of the e-mail must contain: name and application number of
the [candidate].

ATTENTION: We emphasize that, in addition to registering the appeal in the
SIGAA System, the candidate must send the notice of appeal registration to the
e-mail

observing

the

deadlines

established in ANNEX B – Selection Process [Calendar].
3. Observation for appeal purposes:
•

3.1. The candidate must present a formal request, by e-mail
(coordenacao.ppgpsi@ip.ufal.br),

requesting

the

copy

of

their

evaluation. The request for the evaluation copy must be only via e-mail.
Requests for the evaluation copy by other means will not be accepted;
•

3.2. The Selection Committee will respond to the e-mail with the
evaluation copy to the candidate so that they can analyze and, if
applicable, can [appeal];

•

3.3. The candidate must present an appeal, duly substantiated
regarding their request, which will be submitted to the Selection
[Committee];

•

3.4. The appeal will be analyzed and will receive Granted or Denied,
according to the [merit];

•

3.5. After the final result, the candidate may appeal to PROPEP, within a
period of up to 72 (seventy-two) hours, counted from the time of
publication. For this, a process must be opened in the General Protocol
of UFAL (Rectorate), addressing it to PROPEP/CPG (Graduate Studies
Coordination).

4. The appeals presented, at each stage, will be forwarded for analysis to the
examining board, which will be responsible for issuing an initial conclusive
analysis of the matter, with all members who participated in the [stage]
necessarily participating in the analysis of the appeals.

8. OF ENROLLMENT AND BEGINNING OF COURSES
1. Those entitled to enroll in the GRADUATE PROGRAM IN PSYCHOLOGY are the
APPROVED AND CLASSIFIED candidates, respecting the limits of the vacancies
established in this Notice and in conformity with the availability of advisory
vacancies per Research [Line];
2. The institutional enrollment of the candidates selected for the Master's degree
will be carried out by the Secretariat of the PPGP Coordination directly in SIGAA,

using the Undergraduate Diploma or the degree conferral certificate that were
attached at the time of application in the competition. The enrollment for the
Doctoral degree will be carried out by the Secretariat of the PPGP Coordination
directly in SIGAA, using the Undergraduate Diploma and the Master's Diploma or
the Certificate of completion of the Master's course that were attached at the
time of application in the competition. The institutional enrollment will be
carried out after the homologation of the Final Result of the [Process];
3. For the Master's degree, students with an Undergraduate Diploma or Certificate
of degree conferral, issued by official institutions recognized by the [MEC], may
have their institutional enrollment carried out in the Graduate Program in
Psychology;
4. For the Doctoral degree, candidates with an Undergraduate Diploma and
Master's Diploma or Certificate of completion of the Master's course, issued by
official institutions recognized by the [MEC], may have their institutional
enrollment carried out in the Graduate Program in Psychology;
5. In the case of a foreign candidate or holder of a diploma issued by a foreign
institution, the candidate must present a revalidation process by national
institutions in the terms of Law No. 9,394/96 (LDB), as well as in Resolutions No.
01/2001; 01/2002 and 02/2005 of the National Council of Education – CNE;
6. In the case of a foreign candidate, the presentation of a [visa] is necessary;
7. The approved candidate will be considered withdrawn if they do not complete
the enrollment in the disciplines within the period determined by the current
calendar, referring to the semester 2027.1, which will be published on the
website of the [Program];
8. In case of withdrawal from enrollment, non-enrollment or existence of
vacancies, the call of approved candidates will be made, considering the
classification order, according to the provisions of this notice and the availability
of [vacancies];
9. Only those candidates who are selected in the quota modality may compete in
other internal selection notices of PPGP, uniquely, in the same [modality].

9. OF THE FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The candidate's application implies knowledge and acceptance of the norms and
conditions established in this notice and its respective [annexes];
2. The candidate will be excluded from the selection process if they:
•

a) Fail to attend any part of the selection process;

•

b) Present behavior considered incompatible with the fairness of the
competition, at the exclusive criterion of the Examining Subcommittees;

•

c) Do not present the original of an official photo identification document
at the presentation and oral defense of the Research Pre-Project;

•

d) Use identification data of third parties to carry out the application;

•

e) Do not meet the specifications of this notice;

•

f) Present themselves for the completion of the stages after the date and
time marked for their beginning;

•

g) Present false declarations;

•

h) Identify themselves and/or make any type of marking in the PreProject that may identify them;

•

i) Insert, in the body of the text of the Pre-Project, information that may
enable their identification;

•

j) Application of candidates in a course level divergent from their
academic condition, will result in the non-homologation of the
application and consequent elimination of the [candidate].

3. The changes regarding dates and times, weight and scoring will be published on
the page of the Graduate Program in Psychology, informed in this [Notice];
4. The cases omitted in this notice will be resolved by the Collegiate of the Graduate
Program in [Psychology].

1. EVALUATION OF THE RESEARCH PRE-PROJECT
Candidates must submit, at the time of application, a Research Pre-Project linked to the
intended Research Line, as specified in this notice. The evaluation process of the
Research Pre-Project will be carried out by the research lines of PPGP/UFAL. The criteria
for the analysis and scoring of the text of the Pre-Project are:

2. EVALUATION OF THE PRESENTATION AND ORAL DEFENSE OF THE RESEARCH PREPROJECT
In the conduct of the Presentation and Oral Defense of the Research Pre-Project, the
candidate must present the original of an official photo identification document. Those
who fail to do so will be eliminated, according to item 9.2 of this [Notice].
The presentation and oral defense of the Research Pre-Project will be carried out by the
candidate by the research lines of PPGP/UFAL, and will be recorded in audio using an
online platform to be presented at the time of publication of the schedule of the
[defenses].
In the event of malfunctioning of the network or the platform used for the evaluation,
occurrences independent of the reach of the Subcommittee responsible for the session,
another day and time will be agreed upon with the candidate for the evaluation to take
place. In this case, upon resumption of the session, the candidate will have the time
remaining to them from the [presentation].
In this stage, only the presence of the proposing candidate and of the subcommittees
that compose the respective Research Lines will be permitted. A candidate may not
attend the Presentation and Oral Defense of the Research Pre-Project of another
candidate. The candidate must use, exclusively, the version of the Pre-Project at the
time of their presentation and oral defense. There will be, therefore, no screen sharing
with the board for any presentation of document or slides, under penalty of elimination
in this [stage].
The presentation and oral defense of the Research Pre-Project will be carried out in two
moments: in the first, the candidate will make the presentation, with an initial maximum
time of 10 minutes, when they will briefly expose their Research Pre-Project,
emphasizing its central objective and its pertinence to the Research Line indicated at the
time of their application. Then, they will proceed to the oral defense of the Research
Pre-Project, which will have a maximum duration of 15 minutes and will include
examination on the presented proposal, according to the criteria specified in Table [6].

10. For Master's applicants, the Research Pre-Project, written in Portuguese, must
contain a maximum of 10 pages, including all items described below, in Times
New Roman font, size 12, line spacing 1.5, justified paragraph and according to
ABNT norms. Identification of the candidate's name is prohibited in any part of
the [Pre-Project];
11. For Doctoral applicants, the Research Pre-Project, written in Portuguese, must
contain a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 20 pages, including all items

The Pre-Project, for both the Master's and the Doctoral degrees, must present the
following structure:

a) Cover containing: Title of the Research Pre-Project, Research Line to which the
pre-project intends to be linked and Name of the intended advisor;

b) Justification for the choice of the intended Research Line, relating the
Research Pre-Project to the academic work developed by the intended advisor;

•

c) Abstract;

•

d) Introduction: delimitation of the theme and research problem;

•

e) Literature review;

•

f) Theoretical framework;

•

g) Justification: academic and social relevance of the Pre-Project;

•

h) General and specific objectives;

•

i) Method;

•

j) Schedule of activities;

12. For the Master's selection, attach to the Questionnaire in a single file containing
front and back, the Diploma or the Certificate of Completion of the
Undergraduate Course, according to the intended level, issued by the institution
where the degree was obtained, or Declaration that the candidate is a probable
graduating student of the course, issued by a higher education institution,
provided that the completion of said undergraduate degree occurs before the
period for enrollment in the graduate course offered herein;
13. For the Doctoral selection, attach to the Questionnaire in a single file containing
front and back, the Diploma or the Certificate of Completion of the
Undergraduate Course AND the Diploma or Certificate of Completion of the
